Get out the Vote 2012 - Poster Contest

 

I designed a poster that encourage students to vote for our national and state election in Fall 2012. This is a non partisan poster where I informed students about Prop. 30. 

 

For this particular assignment, I wanted to use "guerilla" art for insiration. The spray can represents what guerilla art stands for. The colors pallete followed the colors most commonly used during election season and on our countries flag, red and white. 

 

The checklist provides students with the ability of marking the areas that they have not accomplished during election season.
